Open Letter to the President of the Russian Federation:

Dear Mr. President Vladimir Putin,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Russian people for their unique hospitality,
warm friendship and amazing talent.
On 13-15 May, 2005 the city of Kazan was a host of the 1st International Martial Arts Congress.
This was a First of it's kind International Budo Congress held in the Russian Federation.
The World's lading Masters in Ju-Jitsu, Judo, Karate and Aikido came to the beautiful and historic city of Kazan.
To commemorate the city's 1000 Anniversary. 60 years of victory, and liberation of Russian people from Nazi Germany.
And also to express support to the Russian people against acts of terror, drugs and violence.
This First International Congress of world's leading masters of Martial Arts was possible only with the cooperation & collaboration of AJJIF - All Japan Ju-Jitsu International Federation ( USA ), Federal Alliance Bujutsu of Russia and Tatarstan Government Officials.
During the coarse of this international congress we had many international events.
On the first day of the event we had International Conference organized by the Russian Academy of Education,
Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Professional Education, Academy of Social Education.
During this international conference there where presented several scientific papers on rising problems, and challenges
of modern youth social issues and education.
The leading speaker was Professor Gasangusein Ibrahimov, Scientific director, corresponding member of
Russian Academy of Education.
On the second day of congress we had International Press Conference where we was able to answer many questions
regarding social issues and sports development.
And during 3 day's of this international event we where also teaching International Martial Arts Seminar.
The world's leading masters who taught the International Seminar and also participated in the International Scientific Conference,
